For the Splash100.com Mobile Website Services, along with the Services Agreement located at www.Splash100.com/legal, the following additional terms and conditions also apply (collectively, the “Agreement”):

Mobile Website is a service that formats an existing website for viewing on mobile devices. You acknowledge and agree that Mobile Website will carry over certain design elements and functionality of the Web site to the mobile devices, but the website may appear differently and website functionality may not be fully compatible on each mobile device due to variations in device types and operating systems.
